Sydney Airport wanted to improve the wayfinding experience of their transfer product within the international terminal. Prior to implementing any changes a study was undertaken to identify the improvements that could be made.
The outcome was a report consisting of 3 main chapters, research & review, explore & test and recommended actions. Following sign-off of the recommendations, documentation was created and the signage was updated throughout the terminal for a trial period.
Due to the success of the trial, Sydney Airport are looking to make the changes to the signage permanent.
