The major driver for this project was to deliver a reinvented call centre environment that was centred around the staff, allowing teams the flexibility to work the way they want. There was a focus on celebrating collaboration and instilling a sense of pride in the users of the space. The result was a fresh and engaging workplace for one of ANZ’s key Melbourne locations.
