This 18,000 sqm refurbishment of the Pitt Street premises was undertaken with the aim of transforming the space to meet ANZ’s future requirements in providing a flexible workplace for its almost 2000 employees. The project consisted of 10 typical working floors and 3 specialty floors that included a concierge, tech hub, a café and function space.
